The newly selected Shasta County Registrar of Voters Clint Curtis fired Assistant ROV Joanne Francescut, a 17-year veteran of Shasta County’s elections office in May 2025.
He registered to vote in the county as a republucan using the address of an Election Commissioner who’s also an outspoken opponent of the Shasta County Election Office.
